Country of Dispatch and Shipping Costs
Unless explicitly stated otherwise the products listed on the Foldy Website exclude the cost of delivery.
When explicitly listed, we offer free delivery within mainland England, Wales and Scotland on orders containing a Foldy trailer (also referred to as Foldy Trailer Bundles).
For all order deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and British Islands, and Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands, a delivery surcharge will be calculated and applied upon check out.
For express delivery, special delivery times and restrictive access delivery additional charges will be calculated and applied upon check out.
We reserve the right to alter or change our shipping terms and rates from time to time to reflect changes in delivery policies, fuel prices, emissions taxes and the use of 3rd party logistic providers.
We may make order changes in shipping information about rates and delivery times without notice except during an on-going order.
We do not sell or deliver our products outside of the UK. For orders to the Republic of Ireland, please contact our customer service so we can direct you to a local dealership.
Most orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, subject to payment and stock availability. If an item is out of stock or we are not able to deliver it we will inform you before accepting your order.
Typically allow for 3-4 working days.
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the delivery of your product. We will offer you a refund within 14 days of receiving your product back should you wish to cancel your order.
If you wish to return a product to us you may contact us via our website or call our customer service. We shall then inform you of the required arrangements to return the product to us.
If you believe the product to be defective, you should contact our customer service. We shall advise you of the necessary steps needed. If you notify us within 30 days of the delivery of your product that it is defective, you may choose to have the product either: repaired, exchanged or refunded.
For an exchange or refund the product must in “as new” condition and when possible with the original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take good care of the product while it is in your possession. Upon returning the product to us, should we discover that you have failed to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we determine the returned product has been damaged.
Depending on the condition of the returned product, we reserve the right to charge for any scrappage, repairs, rework, repackaging and restocking fees should the product not be returned in an “as new” condition.
Refunds are generally made using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
We do not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, physical (mechanical) or chemical damage, tampering or modification or normal wear and tear.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
